Debugger for Adobe Analytics
Debugger for Adobe Analytics is a free Chrome add-on developed by Tomas Balciunas. This tool is designed to help users analyze and debug the data sent to Adobe Analytics.
By printing the data to the JavaScript console, Debugger for Adobe Analytics allows users to see what information is being sent in POST and GET requests. This includes page load data, link events, and file downloads. The add-on also provides information about the data collection servers and identifies whether they are RDC servers or not.
In addition to displaying the data, Debugger for Adobe Analytics offers recommendations on how to improve the implementation. It also shows the Adobe Marketing Cloud visitor ID and Adobe Marketing Cloud organization ID.
With the latest release, version 1.4, the add-on has made improvements such as not truncating super long post calls, printing server calls in the tab where the request originated, and adding new variables like s.pageType and s.zip. It has also fixed URI decoding issues and removed footer information for custom and downloads calls.
Debugger for Adobe Analytics is a valuable tool for anyone working with Adobe Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance data analysis and implementation.
